Police Staff College Bangladesh, the apex training center for Bangladesh Police, came into existence in the year 2000. PSC emerged as a statutory organization under ‘Police Staff College Act 2002’.
It conducts the courses for the senior police managers to raise the awareness about new ideas, perception, thinking and develop appropriate knowledge, skill & attitude to respond to the changing need of the society. It is the only institution of its kind in the SAARC region.
Mission: To develop human resources with sound capability and integrity to modernize policing within the framework of national development policy.
Vision: To maximize human welfare through quality policing.
